Sarah Shaffi is a journalist, editor and interviewer. She is literary editor at Red magazine, deputy editor at the Jhalak Review, and co-director for Future Worlds Prize for Fantasy and Science Fiction Writers of Colour. Sarah Shaffi
Nishat Alam
Nishat is a curator, editor, and cultural producer based in London.
She manages object and archive collections and collects stories of local people at Redbridge Museum & Heritage Centre. In 2023 she curated People Powered: Analogue Stories, an exhibition about the Ilford Limited photographic company at the National Portrait Gallery.
Since 2017 Nishat has been a member of the Khidr Collective, commissioning photography and artwork for the Khidr Zine. She has delivered panels and talks for the University of Glasgow and Tower Hamlets Archives, and creative workshops at the Victoria & Albert Museum and the British Library.
She spends her free time reading, knitting, and working with 35mm film.
